Module Feature

Unidrive M200 belongs to Unidrive M series general-purpose AC drive manufactured by Control Techniques. Heavy duty power range from 0.25kW to 110kW, normal duty up to 132kW. It supports V/F,open-loop vector and RFC-A rotor flux control for induction motors. Built-in simple PLC function, flexible digital and analog I/O terminals, one option slot for fieldbus communication modules. It is equipped with fixed LED keypad and supports parameter cloning via SD card. Widely used in fans,water pumps,mixers,conveyors and general factory automation equipment.

Working principle

Three-phase AC mains power is rectified to DC bus. IGBT power stage outputs adjustable voltage and frequency AC to regulate induction motor speed and torque. Accepts analog,digital or fieldbus command signals. RFC-A algorithm provides high stability open-loop motor control. Built-in dynamic braking transistor absorbs regenerative energy during deceleration.

Installation

Follow ESD safety procedure before handling.Mount vertically and reserve sufficient ventilation gap.Separate power cables and signal cables to reduce EMI interference.Connect three-phase mains to L1/L2/L3 terminals and motor cable to U/V/W terminals.Complete motor auto-tune and parameter commissioning before operation.

Diagnostic

Over current:motor winding short circuit,cable damage or mechanical jam. Overheat:blocked heat sink or continuous overload. Encoder fault:loose wiring or encoder hardware damage. Under voltage:input mains fluctuation or phase missing. Unstable motor speed:incorrect motor parameters or poor shielding of signal wires.
