Function

M.1016.9070 is 32-channel isolated digital output module manufactured by DANAHER MOTION Giddings & Lewis. It receives logic commands from PIC900 controller via backplane bus, drives external field devices such as relays, solenoid valves and indicator lights. Galvanic isolation separates CNC control logic and field side circuits to suppress electrical noise and protect main controller. Each channel has individual short-circuit protection.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off the PIC900 rack, insert M.1016.9070 into available rack slot and lock the module handle. Wire field output cables to terminal connector strictly follow PIC900 hardware manual. After wiring, power up and perform I/O point test during commissioning.
