DA-41S is a 2-axis CNC controller designed for conventional hydraulic press brake. It supports servo, inverter and AC drive types, matches encoders and I/O modules, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement during bending machine overhaul.

Function

DA-41S serves as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports angle programming, stores up to 100 product programs and 15 tool sets, maximum 25 bends per program. It realizes Y ram axis and X backgauge axis closed-loop positioning control, automatically calculates sheet metal unfolded length. It monitors machine running status and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or signal faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the press brake cannot complete normal bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-41S and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, encoder cables and digital I/O terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
