DA-53T is a touchscreen CNC controller for DELEM hydraulic press brake systems. It works with DELEM DM series axis modules, linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement during bending machine overhaul.

Function

DA-53T serves as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical touch programming, stores bending programs, tool libraries and material parameters, and controls up to 4 axes including Y1,Y2 and two auxiliary axes. It realizes crowning compensation calculation, monitors ram position, tonnage and machine running state, and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the press brake cannot perform touch screen bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-53T and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
