DA-56T is a mid-range touch graphical CNC controller for DELEM hydraulic press brake systems. It cooperates with DELEM DM series axis control modules, linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, compatible with torsion bar and electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machines, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement during machine overhaul.

Function

DA-56T serves as the core touch operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical part programming, automatic bend sequence calculation and bend simulation, stores bending programs, tool libraries and material parameters. It realizes Y1,Y2,X,R multi-axis closed-loop control and standard crowning compensation function. It monitors ram position, tonnage and machine running status, and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the press brake cannot run graphical touch bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-56T and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
