System compatibilityDA-65P is a high-performance graphical CNC controller of DELEM Modusys system. It communicates with DM series axis modules via HSB high-speed bus, compatible with DM01,DM04,DM102,DM104,DM102,DM602. It works with electro-hydraulic synchronous press brakes and tandem bending machines, widely used for sheet metal workshop machine renovation and spare replacement.

FunctionDA-65P serves as core graphical operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical part programming, automatic bend sequence calculation and bend simulation with collision detection function. It automatically calculates sheet metal unfolded length and bending tonnage, stores large number of part programs, tool libraries and material parameters. It supports multi-axis closed-loop control including Y1,Y2,X,R,Z axes, automatic crowning compensation and angle sensor correction. It monitors ram position, bending tonnage and machine safety signals, triggers alarm once over-travel or hydraulic faults occur. It is used to replace defective controllers when press brake cannot run graphical bending programming.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-65P and lock fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, encoder feedback cables, digital I/O and USB terminals. Verify wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
