DA-65W is a Windows embedded CNC controller for DELEM press brake systems. It cooperates with DELEM DM series axis modules, encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement and machine retrofit.

Function

DA-65W acts as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical bending programming, stores abundant bending part programs and tool libraries, executes multi-axis closed-loop positioning calculation for ram and backgauge. It monitors tonnage, travel and machine status, and triggers alarm signals when over-travel, pressure or communication faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the press brake fails to run graphical bending programs.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Prepare panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-65W and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
