It reads encoder position feedback and realizes closed-loop positioning of backgauge stopper to guarantee cutting size precision. It monitors travel limit and signal state, triggers alarm when over-travel or signal failure occurs. It is used to replace defective controllers when the guillotine shear backgauge cannot position normally.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DAC-310S and lock fasteners.
