Function

DM-103VA serves as three-axis motion control unit of DELEM bending machine control system. It collects position feedback signals from Y1,Y2 and X axis linear encoders, executes 3-axis closed-loop calculation, outputs analog control signals to hydraulic valves. It continuously monitors axis running status and triggers fault alarm signals once over-travel or pressure abnormalities are detected. It is used to replace damaged modules when the press brake loses Y1,Y2,X synchronous bending control.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Open the electrical cabinet and discharge residual voltage. Remove the old module, install DELEM DM-103VA and fasten mounting screws. Connect bus port, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, download matching machine parameters, carry out three axis synchronization test before formal production.
