Function0-50005-R is dedicated analog ramp generation board for RELIANCE CardPak DC drive system. Receive step speed reference command. Convert step signal into gradual rising or falling ramp signal. Independently adjust acceleration time and deceleration time. Limit rate of speed change to avoid mechanical shock and current surge. Hold ramp output when stop or fault signal triggered. Output ramp speed setpoint to speed regulator card.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-50005-R board into designated CardPak slot and lock retaining latch. Connect backplane bus connector and reference signal wiring. Separate low voltage analog wiring from high power main circuit cable. Power on system,calibrate acceleration and deceleration potentiometers. Test ramp response during start,stop and speed change.
