Function

0-51865-18 is dedicated CLDV current loop driver PCB board for RELIANCE CardPak DC drive system.

Receive current error signal from main regulator board,realize current loop closed-loop driving operation.

Two front panel adjustable knobs:rate and gain,used for current loop response tuning.

Gain limit red LED indicator,trigger when current loop reaches gain saturation status.

Output processed control signal to pulse amplifier board to adjust SCR firing angle.

Installation

Power off the whole CardPak drive rack and cut main power supply.

Insert 0-51865-18 board into designated slot of drive rack.

Fasten fixing screws.

Connect backplane edge connector and analog signal wiring.

Analog signal wiring adopt shielded cable and separate from high voltage power cable.

Power on system,adjust gain and rate knobs to tune current loop response.

Test current limiting function and gain limit indicator.
