It is designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with IOB input output board and SSC sequence board. It collects field side digital switching signals and transmits isolated logic signals to drive control rack. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-52501-1 is dedicated digital input PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Receive field digital signals including enable,interlock,external fault and status feedback signals. Equipped with optocoupler isolation circuit to separate field wiring side and internal control circuit,eliminate ground loop interference. Multi-channel LED indicators display each input channel on/off status. Onboard transient surge suppression circuit protects opto-components from spike noise on long field cables.
