System compatibility0-52803 is RELIANCE rack plug-in tachometer feedback board. It is designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with ARM armature regulator board. It collects tachometer generator signal from spindle motor and converts it into stable speed feedback signal for speed closed-loop control. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-52803 is dedicated tachometer feedback PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Receive analog tachometer voltage signal from DC spindle motor tach generator. Complete signal filtering,amplification and waveform conditioning,output standardized speed feedback signal to armature regulator board for speed loop PI control. Front panel multi-turn potentiometers for speed scaling and zero point calibration. Dual LED indicators display board power and tach signal valid status. Built-in overvoltage protection circuit to prevent damage caused by abnormal high voltage from tachometer.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-52803 tachometer feedback board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for internal speed signal transmission. Separate tachometer field wiring from high power pulse and analog control cables. Power on system,calibrate speed gain and offset via potentiometers. Verify speed feedback value changes synchronously with motor actual rotation speed.
