It cooperates with main control board and IGBT power module,provides stable multi-channel low-voltage power for control circuit,opto-coupler and sampling circuit. Widely used for maintenance and spare replacement of legacy SEW MOVITRAC inverters.

Function050-443 is dedicated switching power printed circuit board for SEW MOVITRAC inverter. It takes DC bus voltage as input,converts and outputs multiple groups of stabilized DC voltages to supply power for main control logic,signal sampling and drive optocoupler. It integrates overvoltage,undervoltage and overcurrent protection circuit on power loop. Built-in rectifier,switching transformer and filter capacitor components. InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Discharge DC bus capacitor completely before operation. Separate high voltage DC wiring and low-voltage signal wiring. Power on the inverter,measure each channel output voltage,verify stable power supply for main control board.
