It is designed for three-phase asynchronous motors,mainly applied for overhead crane hoist and trolley motion control. Function31C008-503-4-01 is dedicated crane version of SEW MOVITRAC 31C series. It supports two operation modes: motorized potentiometer mode and fixed setpoint mode,selected by digital input signal. It adopts V/F control algorithm,receives analog speed reference and digital run/stop signals,generates PWM three-phase output to adjust motor speed. It samples DC bus voltage,output current and power module temperature signal,realizing overcurrent,overvoltage,undervoltage and overtemperature protection. It supports local parameter setting via front panel keypad,stores operating data and fault history. Built-in basic EMC suppression circuit to reduce electromagnetic interference.
