System compatibilitySEW EMI filter series is matched with MOVITRAC 31C series inverters. Different model codes (EF014-503,EF030-503,EF075-503 etc) correspond to different inverter frame sizes. Widely used for conveyor,packaging and material handling automation equipment,legacy SEW drive system maintenance and spare replacement.

FunctionThis EMI input filter suppresses high-frequency electromagnetic interference generated by frequency converter,reduces conduction noise on power supply cable. It helps the whole drive system comply with EMC standard limits,avoid interference to nearby sensors,HMI and PLC equipment. It is installed on the input side of the inverter power supply for noise filtering.

InstallationDisconnect main power before installation. Install EMI filter inside control cabinet,keep short wiring between filter output and inverter input. Use shielded cables and reliable grounding. Separate filter power wiring from signal cables to prevent secondary interference. Check ground connection firmly before power on.
