FunctionThis MODULRAC rack chassis provides mechanical installation, backplane bus communication and power distribution carrier for APACS+ and QUADLOG plug-in modules. The built-in backplane realizes high-speed data exchange and power supply between all inserted modules. It supports hot-swap of individual modules without shutting down the whole rack, centralized installation for control CPU, safety controller and I/O modules in control cabinet.

InstallationPower off the system power before installation. Fix the rack on standard cabinet mounting rail. Install 24V DC power supply module to the rack. Insert controller and I/O modules into corresponding slots, lock module latches. Complete backplane wiring, power up and verify rack status LED, download control logic and perform system full test.
