FunctionThis HFM HART fieldbus module is dedicated HART communication interface card for APACS+ DCS. It communicates with 4-20mA HART smart instruments, reads process variables, device tag, diagnostic information, calibration data from HART transmitters. It transmits HART digital data to APACS+ controller via backplane bus, supports remote instrument configuration, device diagnosis and loop monitoring.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into MODULRAC rack slot and lock the latch, ensure backplane connector fully engaged. Connect HART field wiring between module and HART smart transmitters. Configure HART device parameters via APACS engineering software, verify digital communication and analog signal reading after power on.
