System compatibilityQLCAIAAN is compatible with SIEMENS MOORE QUADLOG safety DCS and APACS+ distributed control system. It can be installed in QUADLOG rack chassis, matched with QUADLOG safety controller QLCCM series for safety analog signal collection.

FunctionThis AIA analog input assembly receives 4-20mA analog signals from field transmitters, converts analog signals to digital data and transmits to safety controller via backplane bus. It collects pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level measurement signals for safety instrumented loops, supporting process monitoring and safety interlock judgment.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into designated rack slot and lock the front latch. Connect ribbon cable between module and marshalling termination board, wire field transmitters to terminal blocks. Configure channel range and safety parameters after power restoration.
