FunctionThis CAM critical analog module collects 4-20mA safety measurement signals from field transmitters and outputs 4-20mA analog control signals to regulating valves. It handles safety loop signals of pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level. It supports per-channel fault diagnosis, signal overrange detection and line break monitoring, transmits analog data to safety controller via backplane bus for safety interlock and ESD protection judgment.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into designated rack slot and lock the front latch. Connect ribbon cable between module and marshalling termination assembly, wire field transmitters and control valves to terminal assembly. Configure channel range and safety parameters via QUADLOG engineering software after power on, complete SIF loop test before online operation.
