FunctionThis ODM discrete output module receives safety interlock commands from QUADLOG safety controller via backplane bus. It outputs 115VAC switching signals to control safety relays, solenoid valves and other safety field actuators. It supports per-channel circuit fault diagnosis, wire break and short-circuit detection, adopts safety de-energize-to-trip design, executes ESD protection action once safety threshold is breached.

InstallationPower off the rack chassis before installation. Insert the module into designated rack slot and lock the front latch. Connect ribbon cable between module and marshalling termination assembly, wire 115VAC field actuators to terminal assembly. Configure channel parameters and safety voting logic via QUADLOG engineering software after power on, complete SIF loop test before online operation.
