Function

Field load driving and discrete control output for VME control rack.

32 opto-isolated open-collector output channels,drive relays,solenoid valves and indicator lights.

Receive control commands from VME main CPU and switch on/off each channel independently.

Onboard programmable scanner,support output state monitoring and state-change interrupt.

All outputs default off during power-up to satisfy safety requirement.

Installation

Power off VME chassis.

Insert XVME-220 card into empty double-height VME slot,tighten front panel fixing screw.

Set base address and interrupt level via board jumpers.

Connect field load wiring to front 50pin ribbon connector.

Power on chassis,run hardware self-test.

VME CPU scans bus,identifies the board and starts digital output control.

Intermittent output dropout:check shielding grounding and transient surge on field side.
