This older‑generation CI810V1 module adopts optical AF100 bus design, connects to controller backplane bus and acts as main gateway for AF100 remote I/O network. It supports up to 64 AF100 remote I/O nodes, realizes bidirectional real‑time data exchange between DCS controller and distributed field I/O units. Field process signals are uploaded to controller, while control instructions are transmitted down to field stations through optical bus, effectively suppressing industrial site electromagnetic interference.

It supports hot‑swap function, modules can be replaced online without DCS system shutdown. Front‑panel LED indicators display power status, bus link and fault alarm information for quick field troubleshooting. Built‑in bus diagnosis function can detect bus failure, remote station dropout and communication error, and feed alarm information back to DCS controller.

Conformal coated circuit board improves anti‑interference, moisture‑proof and dust‑proof performance, adapts to harsh industrial workshop environment.
