PP846A is a 10.4‑inch industrial operator panel of ABB Panel 800 series. It combines resistive touch operation and physical membrane keys, suitable for process industry on‑site operation scenarios. It realizes real‑time process data display, equipment manual control, alarm management and recipe parameter modification.
Configured via Panel Builder 800 engineering software, the panel can connect to ABB 800xA, AC800M and Freelance DCS systems, and also communicate with third‑party controllers through Modbus protocol. The front panel reaches IP65 protection grade to resist dust and splash water for cabinet front mounting. It adopts CCFL backlight with backlight fault diagnosis function for long‑time continuous running.
Widely used in power, pulp & paper, chemical and water treatment industry control cabinets. Confirm project software version before replacement; cut off 24V DC power supply during installation and disassembly. Suitable for on‑site fault replacement and long‑term spare stocking for existing Panel800 HMI devices.
