It is Rockwell Allen‑Bradley GU-G08 GCT gate commutated thyristor power board. It uses gate commutated turn-off thyristor technology, which realizes high‑voltage and high‑current switching control inside PowerFlex 7000 medium voltage inverter. It receives drive pulse signals from control board, controls on-off of main power circuit. This model has been discontinued, mainly used for old medium voltage frequency converter maintenance replacement.
