Product Details

1336‑B003‑EAD‑S1 is factory‑optioned complete NEMA‑1 enclosed 3‑HP 460V 1336‑PLUS AC drive, not separate PCB boards. Based on base model 1336‑B003‑EAD, factory pre‑installed S1 serial communication board, without FA2 local HIM panel, without L‑series I/O expansion and encoder feedback options.

The S1 serial communication option provides RS‑485 SCANport communication interface. It establishes data link between drive and Allen‑Bradley PLC or host controller. Functions include remote start‑stop control, remote speed setpoint, parameter read‑write, real‑time running data monitoring and fault code upload. Suitable for centralized automation system control. Since FA2 local HIM is not equipped, users need to connect external HIM unit for on‑site debugging and parameter editing.

Internal hardware integrates rectifier power stack, inverter IGBT power section, main control CPU board, auxiliary power supply, sampling and signal‑conditioning circuits. Supports sensorless vector and V/F control for standard three‑phase induction motors. Retains standard onboard analog/digital hard‑wired I/O terminals for local hard‑wired control.

Full protection suite: over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑temperature, input phase‑loss, motor thermal overload, ground‑fault protection. Used for full‑unit replacement when multiple internal assemblies suffer compound damage. When swapping complete drive, back‑up original parameters, verify firmware compatibility and complete motor auto‑tuning. Use shielded cable for communication wiring; strictly separate power cable and signal cable routing. Strict ESD protection required for installation and commissioning.

Typically applied for overhaul of legacy fans, pumps, conveyors and production lines requiring PLC remote network control, no requirement for closed‑loop encoder feedback or extra expanded I/O channels.

Remark:Legacy EOL complete drive unit;original production discontinued;please confirm PLC communication protocol matching, motor rating, input voltage, installation dimension and option function matching before purchase.
