Product Details

1336‑B003‑EOD is IP00 open‑chassis bare base unit of 3‑HP 460V 1336‑PLUS AC drive, not individual PCB boards. Suffix EOD means open‑style IP00 bare frame without factory outer protective housing. This is a base bare unit, without factory‑fitted HIM keypad and without any pre‑installed expansion option boards.

IP00 open‑chassis has no dust‑proof or touch‑safe protection by itself. It must be fully mounted inside user‑provided closed industrial control cabinet to meet safety and environmental requirements. It is cost‑effective for new cabinet build‑out or cabinet‑internal replacement scenarios.

No local operator panel is fitted from factory. Users need to add external HIM unit (FA2 etc.) for local parameter editing and manual operation. L‑series I/O, encoder feedback and S‑series communication option boards are all customer‑installable accessories fitted to internal expansion slots on‑site.

Internal hardware integrates rectifier power stack, inverter IGBT power section, main control CPU board, auxiliary power supply, sampling and signal‑conditioning circuits. Supports sensorless vector and V/F control for standard three‑phase induction motors. Retains standard onboard analog/digital hard‑wired base I/O terminals for local hard‑wired start‑stop and speed reference.

Full protection suite: over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑temperature, input phase‑loss, motor thermal overload, ground‑fault protection. Used for full‑unit replacement when multiple internal assemblies suffer compound damage. When swapping complete drive, back‑up original parameters, verify firmware compatibility and complete motor auto‑tuning. Strict ESD protection required during installation, commissioning and retrofitting option boards. Signal cables should be shielded and routed separately from high‑power cables.

Typically applied for overhaul of legacy fans, pumps, general conveyors and workshop processing machinery where drive will be installed inside existing control cabinet; users select and add HIM and expansion options according to site actual control requirements.

Remark:Legacy EOL complete drive unit;original production discontinued;please confirm motor rating, cabinet‑installation condition, input voltage, chassis mounting dimension, and list of required add‑on options before purchase.
