Product Details
1336‑B003‑EOD‑FA2‑L3 is factory‑optioned IP00 open bare‑chassis 3‑HP 460V 1336‑PLUS AC drive, not separate PCB boards. Based on base model 1336‑B003‑EOD, factory pre‑installed FA2 local human‑interface HIM panel and L3 encoder feedback option board. This is open‑frame unit without outer protective housing and shall be installed in user‑supplied cabinet.
The FA2 HIM supports local on‑unit operation: physical start/stop push‑buttons, analog speed‑setting potentiometer, running/fault LED‑status indication. Operators can view basic drive parameters locally without external HIM accessories.
The L3 option is dedicated encoder feedback interface board. It receives incremental encoder pulse signals from motor shaft, supports differential line‑driver or single‑ended encoder signals, maximum pulse input frequency reaches 125kHz. Encoder supply voltage can be selected 5V or 12‑15V through hardware jumper. It feeds actual motor speed back to main control CPU, enables high‑precision closed‑loop vector speed and torque control. It greatly improves low‑speed torque performance and speed accuracy compared with open‑loop sensorless vector mode. Drive will trigger Encoder Loss Fault Code 60 when encoder signal loss, phase error or quadrature signal abnormality occurs.
Internal hardware integrates rectifier power stack, inverter IGBT power section, main control CPU board, auxiliary power supply, sampling and signal‑conditioning circuits. Supports closed‑loop vector, sensorless vector and V/F control for standard three‑phase induction motors. Accepts external analog speed reference, discrete start‑stop interlock signals, supports SCANport communication expansion via external option adapters.
Full protection suite: over‑current, over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑temperature, input phase‑loss, motor thermal overload, ground‑fault protection, encoder signal loss fault alarm. Used for full‑unit replacement when multiple internal assemblies suffer compound damage. When swapping complete drive, back‑up original parameters, verify firmware compatibility, complete motor auto‑tuning and encoder wiring polarity calibration. Encoder shielded cable is strongly recommended for field wiring; strictly separate power cable and encoder signal cable routing. Strict ESD protection required for installation and commissioning.
Typically applied for overhaul of legacy conveyors, material handling equipment, processing machinery requiring high‑precision closed‑loop speed regulation and local keypad operation, where the drive will be mounted inside existing control cabinet.
Remark:Legacy EOL complete drive unit;original production discontinued;please confirm motor rating, encoder specification(pulse count, signal type, supply voltage), input voltage, cabinet‑installation dimension and option function matching before purchase.
