System compatibilityKU-14/D-73230 is AMK AMKASYN KU series servo power unit, equipped with KU-R01 main control card. It is widely used as the backgauge servo drive for electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake with Delem Modusys control system. Compatible with Delem DA22,DA24e,DA63P,DA65P,DA66T and DM series axis modules. It supports resolver and incremental encoder feedback for closed-loop position control.

FunctionKU-14/D-73230 is the power stage of the servo drive, converting three-phase AC power into DC bus and output PWM power to drive the backgauge servo motor. KU-R01 is the core control motherboard, responsible for motion control algorithm, encoder signal acquisition, command exchange with Delem CNC controller. It monitors overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, motor overload and encoder faults, triggers protection and alarm once abnormal status occurs. It is used to replace defective servo drive when press brake backgauge axis cannot run normally under Delem Modusys system.

InstallationCut off main three-phase power supply before installation. Mount KU-14/D-73230 on cabinet rack, install KU-R01 control card into the drive slot. Connect 3-phase AC input, motor power cable, encoder cable, 24V control power and ground wire. Connect signal cable between KU-R01 and Delem DM axis module. Check wiring definition, upload drive parameters, perform motor identification and axis test run before formal production.
