System compatibilityDM-54 is classic dual-axis motion control module of DELEM Modusys system. It communicates with DA series CNC controllers via HSB high-speed bus, compatible with DA52,DA53,DA56,DA58,DA63P,DA65P,DA66T. It connects dual linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valves, mainly used for Y1/Y2 ram synchronous control on electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake. FunctionDM-54 performs real-time closed-loop position calculation for Y1 and Y2 bending axes. It receives position feedback signals from two linear encoders, calculates position deviation and outputs analog control signals to hydraulic proportional valves to realize ram synchronous motion control. It supports automatic crowning compensation signal output. It continuously monitors encoder signal quality, HSB bus communication and power supply state, sends fault alarm messages to main controller once signal loss or axis synchronization error occurs. It is used to replace defective axis modules when press brake ram loses synchronous bending control.

InstallationCut off main power supply before installation. Mount DM-54 on DIN rail and lock the module. Connect 24V DC power, HSB bus cable, dual encoder cables and hydraulic valve analog terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, complete axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
