3500/45 is 4‑channel position monitor front‑panel module for Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system. It must be equipped with matched rear I/O sub‑board and cannot operate independently.
It supports multiple sensor types,channels work in pair mode,channel 1‑2 for one measurement function,channel3‑4 for same or different function. It completes measurement calculation,alarm threshold comparison and protection interlock output via rack configuration software.
Multiple optional I/O sub‑boards for different sensor and wiring requirement,support TMR triple‑modular‑redundant architecture,front‑panel supports hot‑swap without rack power‑off. Widely used for steam turbine thrust,differential expansion and case expansion monitoring loop.
