Module Feature

M700-06400470A belongs to Unidrive M700 high-performance universal AC drive series manufactured by Control Techniques. Rated 22kW, it supports V/F, open-loop vector, RFC-A and RFC-S high-precision servo control, compatible with induction motors, permanent magnet motors and Unimotor series servo motors. Integrated on-board PLC and dual-port Ethernet, supporting PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and RTMoE. Multiple option slots available for encoder feedback modules. Widely applied in machine tools, printing machines, winders, packaging and high-speed automation equipment.

Working principle

Three-phase AC power is converted to DC bus voltage via rectifier. IGBT power module outputs adjustable voltage and frequency AC. The drive receives motion commands from host controller, compares with encoder feedback signals, dynamically adjusts torque, speed and position. Built-in brake chopper absorbs regenerative energy during deceleration. Onboard PLC executes local machine logic without external PLC.

Installation
