M751-03400160A 10101AB110 belongs to Unidrive M700 series high-performance universal AC drive manufactured by Control Techniques. It supports V/F,open-loop vector,closed-loop flux vector and high dynamic servo control,compatible with induction motors and Unimotor FM permanent magnet servo motors. Integrated powerful motion controller,capable of multi-axis positioning,electronic cam and gearing functions. Multiple digital and analog I/O terminals,expansion slots for encoder feedback and various fieldbus modules. Widely used in printing machinery,cutting equipment,packaging lines and high-precision machine tools.

Working principle

Three-phase 50/60Hz AC power is rectified to DC bus. IGBT power module outputs adjustable voltage and frequency AC. The drive executes motion tasks according to internal program or fieldbus command,realizing high-precision speed,torque and position closed-loop control via encoder feedback. Built-in dynamic braking circuit consumes regenerative energy during rapid deceleration.

Installation
