Module Feature

SE23400300 is Commander SE series three-phase AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Control Techniques,designed for speed and torque control of standard asynchronous induction motors. It adopts advanced vector control algorithm,offers stable low-speed torque performance and overload capacity. Built-in digital keypad and display for local parameter setup and status monitoring. Rich programmable digital & analog I/O terminals support external sensor and PLC connection,widely used for conveyors,pumps,fan and general automation machinery.

Working principle

Rectifier converts three-phase AC input into DC voltage, then IGBT inverter module converts DC into adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage AC output to drive induction motor. Real-time monitoring of motor current and speed to realize closed-loop speed regulation, overload protection and soft start/stop function.

Installation

Follow ESD safety procedure before handling.Mount vertically on solid metal backplate,keep enough ventilation space around heat sink.Connect three phase mains to L1/L2/L3 terminals,motor cable to U/V/W terminals.Wire control I/O and shield cable properly to reduce EMI. Power on system,open SESoft or use keypad to set motor nameplate parameters before commissioning.
