Products Description
Control Techniques UNI1401 Unidrive Servo Drive Unit

Module Feature
UNI1401 is Unidrive series AC servo drive manufactured by Control Techniques. This unit is pre-tested and verified for function. It supports position, speed and torque control modes for Unimotor series servo motors. Flexible encoder interface accepts incremental feedback signals. Modular design allows optional expansion cards for fieldbus communication, widely applied in machine tools, packaging equipment and material handling systems.
Working principle
Convert AC input power to adjustable voltage and frequency output to drive servo motor. Receive position command from upper controller, compare command signal with encoder feedback signal, calculate output torque to realize high precision closed-loop motion control. Built-in protection circuit monitors working status continuously.
Onboard components
Power rectifier unit, IGBT power module, main control PCB, encoder interface, control terminal block, status LED, heat sink, expansion card slot.
LED indicators
Power LED, run indicator, fault alarm LED.
Hardware self-diagnosis
Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheat, motor overload, encoder signal loss, short circuit and earth fault detection.
Programming software
Unidrive Tools software, supports parameter auto-setup, real-time motion monitoring, fault log reading and parameter backup & restore.
