Products Description
Control Techniques SPMC1402 Unidrive SP Rectifier Unit

Module Feature
SPMC1402 belongs to Unidrive SP series common DC bus input rectifier manufactured by Control Techniques. It converts three-phase AC power into DC bus voltage to supply multiple Unidrive SP power modules in shared DC bus configuration. Supports regenerative energy feedback handling,built-in monitoring and protection circuits. Widely applied in multi-axis machinery, metal processing equipment, material handling and heavy-duty automation production lines.
Working principle
Three-phase 380-480VAC mains power is converted to regulated DC bus voltage through rectifier bridge and filtering circuit. The unit monitors bus voltage, input current and internal temperature continuously. Regenerative power returned from servo axes can be managed within the common DC bus group.
Onboard components
Input rectifier power bridge, filter capacitor bank, current sampling sensor, main control PCB,temperature monitoring circuit, temperature controlled cooling fan, power terminal block, control signal terminal block.
LED indicators
Power LED,run status LED,fault alarm LED.
Hardware self-diagnosis
Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, input phase loss, output short circuit,DC bus abnormal detection.
Programming software
Unidrive SP CTSoft software, supports parameter configuration,real-time monitoring and fault log reading.
