It receives motion commands via SERCOS fieldbus, outputs adjustable drive power for brushless or induction motors. Full digital closed-loop control delivers high-precision positioning and fast dynamic response. Removable personality module saves all drive parameters, simplifies replacement and commissioning.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount DSM100 firmly inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC power cable, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable strictly follow Giddings & Lewis DSM100 installation manual. Complete motor auto-tuning and full-load motion test during commissioning.
