System compatibility

7441-002/1 is dedicated HSB bus cable for DELEM Modusys system. It connects DA series controller and DM series axis control modules, compatible with DA51,DA52,DA53,DA56,DA61,DA65 and DM51,DM52 modules, widely used for electro-hydraulic synchronous press brake maintenance and retrofit.

Function

7441-002/1 transmits high-speed real-time position and control signals between CNC controller and axis modules. It realizes synchronous data exchange for multi-axis motion control, transfers encoder feedback data and hydraulic valve control commands. The shielded structure suppresses electromagnetic interference from hydraulic valves and power circuit. It is used to replace damaged communication cable when the system reports HSB bus error, axis sync failure or intermittent communication dropout.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before wiring. Route the cable separately from high-power power lines, avoid parallel laying with hydraulic valve power cables. Connect both ends to HSB bus terminals, install terminal resistor at the end of bus line, fix cable with cable clips, complete grounding for shielding layer. Power on and perform bus communication test before formal production.
