DA-52P is an economical numerical CNC controller for hydraulic press brake systems. It cooperates with DELEM DM series axis control modules, linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valve units, compatible with torsion bar and electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machines, widely used in metal fabrication workshops for controller replacement during machine overhaul.

Function

DA-52P serves as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It adopts one-page fast programming mode, stores bending programs, tool libraries and material parameters. It supports up to 4 axes control including Y1,Y2,X,R, built-in automatic crowning compensation function. It automatically calculates sheet metal unfolded length, monitors ram position, tonnage and machine running status, and triggers alarm signals once over-travel or hydraulic faults are detected. It is used to replace damaged controllers when the press brake cannot run normal numerical bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA-52P and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform trial bending test before formal production.
