It communicates with DELEM DM series axis modules via HSB high-speed bus, matched with linear encoders and hydraulic proportional valves. It fits electro-hydraulic synchronous press brakes and tandem bending machines, widely used for sheet metal workshop machine renovation and spare replacement.

Function

DA58 acts as the core operation control unit of hydraulic press brake. It supports 2D graphical part programming, automatic bend sequence calculation and bend simulation with integrated collision detection. It stores large capacity bending programs, tool libraries and material parameters, supports Y1,Y2,X,R,Z multi-axis closed-loop control and automatic crowning compensation. It monitors ram position, bending tonnage and machine running status, triggers alarm once over-travel or hydraulic faults occur. It is used to replace defective controllers when press brake cannot run graphical bending programming.

Installation

Cut off main power supply before installation. Reserve panel cutout on machine cabinet, mount DA58 and lock fixing fasteners. Connect 24V DC power, HSB fieldbus, encoder cables and hydraulic valve signal terminals. Check wiring definition, upload machine parameters, perform axis homing and trial bending test before formal production.
