Module Feature

DC134030NBA20CE1 belongs to Eaton PowerXL DC1 compact frequency inverter series. Nominal power 15kW,three-phase 400V power supply,output rated current 30A. Built-in dynamic braking chopper for quick stop applications. Adopts V/F control and SLV sensorless vector control algorithm. Compact metal housing,keypad for local parameter setup,support Modbus RTU communication. Widely used for speed adjustment of fans,pumps,blowers and material handling conveyors.

Working principle

Rectifier converts AC mains power into DC voltage. IGBT inverter bridge converts DC back to adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage AC output. By changing output frequency to adjust motor rotation speed. Braking chopper consumes regenerative energy from motor during deceleration.
