Fisher 7600 is nuclear safety grade globe control valve manufactured by Emerson Fisher. It is ASME Section III N stamped certified valve. It adopts heavy-duty valve body, live loaded graphite packing and anti-cavitation valve trim. It has seismic qualification, high temperature and high pressure resistance. Widely applied in nuclear power plant main and auxiliary process loop.

Function

7600 is nuclear grade globe control valve manufactured by Fisher. It precisely regulates flow, pressure and temperature of process medium in nuclear plant system. Heavy-duty trim design withstands high differential pressure and cavitation. Seismic qualification ensures safe operation under earthquake condition. Live loaded packing reduces fugitive emission. It is key safety valve for nuclear power auxiliary loop.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate pipeline and release process pressure. Install valve in correct flow direction, tighten flange bolts crosswise. Mount actuator and positioner, perform stroke test and hydrostatic leakage inspection.

InterfaceFlange pipeline connection, valve stem connected to diaphragm actuator, no LED indicators on 7600.

Diagnostic

Internal leakage: Seat sealing surface erosion or trim damage. Valve sticking: Stem packing over-tightening or trim friction abnormal. External leakage: Packing aging or bonnet flange gasket failure.
