Function

R95LX000022 is complete overhaul kit manufactured by Fisher. The internal trim controls fluid flow to maintain stable downstream pressure, and seals prevent medium leakage. Worn plug, seat or degraded seals will cause pressure drifting, internal bypass and external leakage. This kit restores regulator regulation accuracy and shutoff capability during routine overhaul.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate upstream pipeline and release residual pressure. Disassemble 95L regulator body, replace all worn trim and sealing components from R95LX000022 kit. Reassemble regulator, adjust spring setpoint, perform pressure test and shutoff leakage inspection.

Interface

Threaded body assembly, trim fitted inside regulator valve cavity, no LED indicators on R95LX000022.

Diagnostic

Downstream pressure drifting: Worn plug/seat or seal damage. Regulator cannot shut off: Seat surface erosion or debris stuck. External medium leakage: Gasket or O-ring aging and cracking.
