Function

RV150X00C22 is anti-cavitation trim kit manufactured by Fisher. It adopts multi-stage labyrinth structure to break down fluid pressure step by step, suppress cavitation and reduce valve body erosion and noise. It is used to retrofit existing V150 valve to handle high differential pressure media. It is key spare kit for anti-cavitation process application overhaul.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate pipeline and release process pressure. Disassemble valve body, install Cavitrol Hex cartridge and new gasket, tighten fasteners. Restore pipeline pressure and run leakage test and flow performance inspection.

Valve body internal fitting, fixed mounting holes, no LED indicators on RV150X00C22.

Diagnostic

Serious cavitation noise: Trim damage or incorrect size selection. Internal leakage: Gasket damage or improper tightening. Erosion on valve body: Cavitation trim failure.
