Product Function Description
DS200SIOBH1ACA SIOB servo I/O board is the core servo control hardware of Mark V turbine system. It receives position command signals from main processor, outputs amplified drive current to control servo valves, and completes position adjustment of fuel valves, steam valves and related actuators.
This board collects LVDT/RVDT position feedback signals from valve actuators, completes signal demodulation and conditioning, and feeds real‑time valve position data back to the controller to realize high‑precision closed‑loop position adjustment. On‑board jumpers and DIP switches support field parameter configuration for different servo actuators. ACA hardware revision optimizes signal demodulation circuit layout, improves sampling accuracy and anti‑interference performance, and guarantees stable response of turbine fuel regulation, load adjustment and valve position protection logic.
Product Details
Rack‑mount multilayer PCB plugs directly into Mark V VME cabinet slot. Conformal coating protects circuit board from dust, moisture and strong electromagnetic interference in power‑plant environment, meeting long‑term continuous operation requirements. Original OEM product is end‑of‑life, widely used for unit overhaul and spare‑part replacement. Strict electrostatic protection shall be adopted during installation, verify jumper and DIP‑switch setting to match parameters of on‑site servo actuators.
