Function

It provides stable multi-channel DC power for all plug-in boards within NumeriPath CNC rack. +5V supplies digital logic chips, ±15V provides reference voltage for analog servo and analog I/O boards. Integrated protection circuits can cut off output to prevent backplane and board damage under overload, short-circuit or over-temperature conditions. It is legacy power spare for old heavy G&L CNC boring mills.

Installation

Installation steps: Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Disconnect AC mains power to control cabinet. Insert 501-101400 module into rack slot and secure retainer. Connect AC input wiring. Restore AC power, check POWER indicator, verify each DC output voltage and test all rack boards.
