Feature & Principle

It is a compact thin PLC CPU of JTEKT TOYOPUC PC3J series. It supports three independent sequence programs and built-in program library storage. Two standard communication ports are integrated for HMI and PC/CMP link connection. Optional DLNK communication expansion module can realize DeviceNet or AS-i bus master function. The 7-segment display directly shows RUN, ERROR and ALARM status. It executes ladder logic control for automatic assembly and processing equipment. This legacy controller is widely used as maintenance spare for old TOYOPUC automation racks.
