Feature & Principle

It is a 2U rack-mounted 6-slot system switch mainframe of Keithley 3700A series. It can be equipped with various plug-in switching cards for multi-channel signal routing. The built-in optional 7.5-digit DMM realizes integrated switching and measurement. Adopting TSP test script processor, it can execute local test scripts to reduce communication delay. It supports TSP-Link expansion for multi-unit cascade and LXI Ethernet communication, widely used in electronic component automatic test and data acquisition.
