Product Details

D136‑001‑008 is the enhanced MSC‑I digital servo motion controller of MOOG M3000 automation platform,adding EtherCAT real‑time bus function on the basis of standard MSC‑I hardware,optimized for high‑performance hydraulic servo valve closed‑loop control。

It adopts 32‑bit PowerPC floating‑point processor, equipped with 4MB RAM and 4MB Flash memory. The shortest real‑time control cycle reaches 400 microseconds, realizing fast response adjustment of position, speed and force for hydraulic cylinders and electric servo actuators. Flash memory completes data retention without battery, reducing later‑stage maintenance work。

The module reserves complete native I/O resources, including high‑precision 16‑bit analog channels, digital I/O and differential encoder interfaces. It can directly connect pressure sensors, displacement sensors and servo valve command signals. All channels have built‑in short‑circuit and over‑voltage protection to improve stability under complex industrial interference conditions。

Different from standard MSC‑I models, this version integrates EtherCAT master interface, cooperating with PROFIBUS‑DP, CAN bus and Ethernet to realize multi‑protocol system networking. It can expand peripheral modules through M3000 E‑bus backplane, and complete data interaction with upper computer and HMI。

Integrated independent PLC logic function, no extra PLC hardware is required for equipment interlock and sequence processing. Program development follows IEC‑61131‑3 standard and configured via MOOG MACS software. DIN‑rail installation simplifies cabinet layout.
