Product Details

D136‑001‑007 is MSC‑I digital servo motion controller under MOOG M3000 automation platform,designed for high‑speed closed‑loop control of hydraulic servo valves and electric servo actuators.

It adopts 32‑bit PowerPC floating‑point processor, equipped with 4MB RAM and 4MB Flash memory. The real‑time control cycle can reach 500 microseconds, providing fast response for force, speed and position closed‑loop regulation. The built‑in non‑volatile flash supports long‑term data retention without battery backup.

Rich native I/O resources are reserved, including 16‑bit high‑precision analog input/output, digital channels and differential encoder interfaces, which can directly connect pressure sensors, displacement sensors and servo valve command signals. All I/O channels are equipped with over‑voltage and short‑circuit protection to improve field anti‑interference capability.

This controller integrates independent PLC logic function, no extra PLC hardware is required to complete equipment interlock and sequence logic. It supports multiple industrial buses including PROFIBUS‑DP, CAN and Ethernet, realizing data exchange with upper computer, HMI and expansion modules via E‑bus backplane.

Program development follows IEC61131‑3 standard, configured and debugged by MOOG MACS software. DIN‑rail installation simplifies cabinet layout.
